What You'll Do:
Lead all aspects of Human Resources including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation, compliance, performance management, and leadership development.
Partner with leaders to build high-performing teams and drive workforce planning.
Coach leaders through employee challenges and organizational growth.
Foster an engaging workplace culture built on trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with California and federal employment laws while helping modernize HR processes.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex people challenges.
Is a strong coach, communicator, and relationship builder.
Thinks strategically while remaining hands-on.
Values integrity, collaboration, and servant leadership.
Construction industry experience is a plus but not required.
