We are expanding our Woodland Hills team and are looking for a talented Architectural Designer / Drafter who is passionate about design, technically strong, and excited to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across North America.

What You'll Be Doing
Working alongside our architects, designers, consultants, and project managers, you will:
- Produce architectural drawings and construction documentation.
- Develop floor plans, permit drawings, and design packages.
- Prepare as-built drawings from field measurements.
- Assist in restaurant, hospitality, retail, and commercial design projects.
- Create presentation drawings and design layouts for client proposals.
- Coordinate with consultants including structural, MEP, and engineering teams.
- Assist with space planning, code research, and permit documentation.
- Participate in design meetings and contribute creative solutions.
- Support multiple projects from concept through construction.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Degree or diploma in Architecture or Architectural Design.
- 2-6+ years of professional experience (more experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply).
- Advanced AutoCAD skills.
- Experience with Revit is highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for design.
