Residential Maintenance Worker
9/8/80 Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:30am-5:30pm, Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm, with every other Friday off.
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and facility upkeep tasks to ensure safe and well-maintained properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete general maintenance repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry)
- Perform unit inspections, turnovers, and ensure compliance standards are met
- Troubleshoot and repair doors, windows, locks, drywall, and fixtures
- Maintain grounds including landscaping, irrigation, and debris removal
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Track work orders, maintain logs, and assist with inventory and supplies
- Respond to on-call maintenance needs and emergencies
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of general maintenance experience
- Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Basic computer skills for work order tracking
- Valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of tools
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors

- On-call availability may be required
