Job Title: Associate Therapist (AMFT, ACSW, APCC)
Location: San Diego, CA
Position Type: Part-Time
Compensation: $38 - $40/hr.

Job Description:
We are seeking an Associate Therapist for our detox/residential program. This role is ideal for a clinician who is comfortable working in a fast-paced behavioral health setting and is experienced in providing strong clinical support to clients participating in detox/residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient levels of care.

The Associate Therapist will provide therapeutic services to clients while maintaining timely, accurate documentation and collaborating closely with the clinical team to support quality client care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate individual & group therapy sessions
  • Complete assessments, treatment planning, progress notes, and discharge documentation
  • Support clients with mental health needs through clinically appropriate interventions
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with program standards
  • Collaborate with the clinical team regarding client progress, treatment goals, and care coordination
  • Ensure services are delivered in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards

Qualifications:

  • Registered Associate Therapist in California (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC)
  • Experience working in behavioral health and/or mental health treatment settings
  • Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
  • Comfortable providing services in a recovery oriented environment
  • Professional, dependable, and able to work collaboratively with a treatment team
