Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some flexibility

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Assist with the coordination and organization of project records, reports, and documentation.
- Support project teams by tracking information, updating logs, and maintaining accurate records.
- Help manage employee timekeeping records and administrative project data.
- Prepare spreadsheets, correspondence, and project-related communications.
- Coordinate information flow between field teams, office personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Support the processing of purchase orders, delivery tickets, and compliance documentation.
- Enter and maintain project information within company software systems.
- Provide general administrative and project support as needed to help operations run smoothly.
To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Bring
- Administrative, project support, or coordination experience required.
- Experience in construction, engineering, utilities, infrastructure, or related industries preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to follow-up and teamwork.
- Ability to learn new software systems and project-management processes.
- Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to accuracy.
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
