Job DescriptionSales Producer — Life Sciences & Technology
California | Full-Time | $85,000–$110,000 base + commission
We're recruiting a Sales Producer to build and manage commercial insurance business in life sciences, technology, and aerospace/defense verticals.
The Role:
- Develop new client relationships in specialized industries
- Manage policy renewals and quote opportunities
- Assess complex risk and recommend appropriate coverage (GL, E&O, Cyber, D&O, Excess)
- Negotiate with carriers to secure best rates and terms
- Maintain organized pipeline in AMS360 or Applied Systems
You Have:
- 3+ years in commercial lines sales or account management
- Active P&C license (required)
- Experience selling E&O, Cyber, or specialty coverage is a plus
- Comfort with AMS360 or Applied Systems
- Track record of relationship-building and closing deals
