This contract role allows you to directly enrich lives by supporting young learners with mild to moderate speech and language needs.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid licensure to practice as an SLP
  • Experience or strong interest in working within school settings
  • Familiarity with elementary student populations
  • Ability to manage an elementary caseload with mild to moderate needs
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Adaptable to working across 1-2 locations within the district as assigned

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and provide direct therapy to students with speech-language needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational goals
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and track student progress with accurate documentation
  • Provide strategies and resources for classroom integration and carryover of skills
  • Participate in IEP meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities
