Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Foreman Electrician to lead projects and guide teams through commercial electrical installations and maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic environment and is committed to professional excellence and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead electrical teams to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
- Plan, implement, and oversee electrical installations from start to finish.
- Conduct safety meetings and enforce compliance with safety standards.
- Manage project logistics, including materials, tools, and schedules.
- Mentor apprentices and journeymen, providing training and development opportunities.
- Coordinate with other construction professionals and departments to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation and project reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or in a supervisory role in electrical projects.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code and local regulations.
