Part-Time After School Enrichment Program Lead/ Primary School Professional-Lake Elsinore, CA
Pay: $20 per hour
As the Enrichment Program Lead for the Lake Elsinore programs you will provide extra support where needed, cover classes when there's a call-out, and help troubleshoot day-to-day issues. Additionally, you will serve as a vital liaison between the Lake Elsinore team and the Area Manager.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping lifelong memories that children will cherish within a dynamic environment built on innovation, excitement, and adventure. Our mission is to inspire a sense of wonder and exploration while fostering a positive and supportive work environment for the team.
We are looking for individuals to spark curiosity, encourage creativity, foster a sense of community, warmth, and promote a deep sense of belonging for every child. Also, ensure each team member feels supported and valued.
Location(s):
- 5 elementary schools (Ronald Reagan, Wildomar, Donald Graham, William Collier, Lakeland Village) and 1 middle school (David A. Brown).
Schedule:
- Elementary hours 12:15 PM – 5:15 PM; Middle school hours 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM.

Here's what you'll need:
- Must have completed 48 college credits or passed a paraeducator exam.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
- Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
As an AlphaBEST Enrichment Program Lead, you'll be trained to do the following:
- Lead a group of students through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!
- Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.
- Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.
