Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Temporary Maintenance Technician to help maintain residential properties in safe, clean, and fully functional condition. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working independently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Complete basic repairs, painting, and unit clean-up/prep for occupancy
- Maintain property grounds including walkways, parking lots, lawns, and landscaping
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair needs
- Track work orders, maintenance supplies, and equipment usage
- Identify and report safety concerns or property issues
- Assist with general maintenance and property improvement projects
Qualifications:
- Experience with general building maintenance, appliance repair, or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Capable of performing physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation required
- Experience in construction or building trades is a plus

Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
