Team Member (Line Server / Cashier) – New Location!
Location: Redondo Beach, CA
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
About the Role:
Chronic Tacos is seeking self-motivated, hands-on Team Members for Redondo Beach location. We provide a fast-paced, social environment where individuality is celebrated. We are looking for dependable individuals to join our founding team and deliver exceptional service from day one.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Welcome guests, explain menu customizations, and ensure a premium dining experience.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and serve authentic Mexican dishes following 3rd-generation recipes and quality standards.
- Cash Management: Accurately process transactions using the POS system and resolve customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintenance: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation and dining area.
- Upselling: Assist guests with add-ons and catering options to enhance their experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a line server or cashier is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to cross trainer to be efficient employee.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient during peak hours.
- Must have or be able to obtain: Food Handlers Certification and Responsible Beverage Service.
