Minimum Requirements
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per policy: Required
- EPIC experience within the last 12 months: Required
- Cerner experience within the last 5 years: Required
- Must have worked as an employee of an organization or successfully completed a contract
- Each work history entry must list the charting system used
- If multiple EMR systems are listed on one job, dates must be provided to clarify when each system was used
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required only if license was obtained on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent

Assignment Details

- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour shifts, 5 shifts per week
- Floating is required to other sites as needed depending on staffing and census
- No RTO is allowed
