We are looking for an experienced, friendly, and reliable Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has strong knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cocktails, and can create a welcoming experience for every guest. This role requires someone who is professional, fast-paced, organized, and comfortable engaging with customers while maintaining excellent service standards.
Responsibilities include preparing and serving drinks accurately and efficiently, making cocktails to recipe, recommending wine, beer, and spirits to guests, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, handling payments, checking IDs, restocking inventory, and following all alcohol service laws and safety guidelines. The bartender will also be expected to work well with the rest of the team, assist during busy service periods, and help create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for customers.
Qualified candidates should have previous bartending or hospitality experience, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Knowledge of wine and craft cocktails is a plus.
