About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable Maintenance/Housekeeping Assistant to support our facility's daily operations. In this role, you will assist in keeping our center clean, safe, and fully operational for residents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Maintain a clean, sanitary environment according to Federal, State, and corporate requirements. Assist with preventative maintenance procedures and routine physical tasks requiring a full range of body motion.

Administrative Operations: Track and maintain records of services performed. Help monitor the department budget, organize supplies, and keep equipment in good working order.

Collaboration: Actively participate in assigned facility meetings and training in-services.

Resident & Consumer Service: Maintain a professional image in dress, behavior, and speech. Protect resident rights and follow standard company procedures to help resolve consumer concerns.
Qualifications:

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to read and write English for business necessity.

High School Diploma or G.E.D. (preferred).

One year of experience in a long-term care center (preferred).
