Full-time Early Learning Education After-school Program Director -Fairfield- Suisun, CA
Pay: $23+/hour (pay is based on education and experience)

Location: Fairfield Suisun Schools
Schedule: Must be available Monday - Friday, 8 am - 6 pm (Work schedule and hours are based on attendance) No weekends!

As an AlphaBEST Program Director, you'll be trained to do the following:
- Help with coordinating special accommodation request for students. You will collaborate with school staff, the Area Manager, and parents to decide on the appropriate accommodation plan.
- You will be responsible for tracking and monitoring each student's progress while they utilize special accommodations, and for reporting that progress to all involved parties.
- Lead a fun and dedicated team of professionals to deliver the highest quality care, learning, and excitement to our children.
- Train AlphaBEST staff on how to nurture children and ignite their sense of wonder.
- Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.
Here's what you'll need:
- Degree Required
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations
