Confidential Plaintiff-Side Law Firm | Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $145,000 - $185,000 DOE
Schedule: Full-time, In Office
LHH is partnering with a growing, confidential law firm to identify a Director of Talent Acquisition. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving attorney and staff recruiting efforts, managing recruiting resources, developing sourcing strategies, and supporting the firm's continued expansion.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong talent acquisition background, experience building talent pipelines in competitive markets, and a demonstrated history of career stability and progression.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for attorneys and business professionals.
- Manage and mentor recruiting team members.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with firm leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and talent networks.
- Enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
- Support employee development, leadership training, and succession planning initiatives.
- Partner with managers to identify talent gaps and organizational development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7+ years of talent acquisition experience, including experience in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Prior agency recruiting experience required.
- Experience managing recruiters and high-volume hiring initiatives.
- Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills.
- Experience within a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $145,000 - $185,000
