<h3>Job Description</h3>
Title: Civil Litigation Attorney
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)
 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage a full caseload of civil litigation matters from initial evaluation through trial or settlement.</li>
<li>Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation documents.</li>
<li>Handle discovery processes, including depositions, document review, and case strategy development.</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>2-5+ years of experience in Civil litigation (Employment Law preferred).</li>
<li>Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities.</li>
</ul>
 
Salary and Other Compensation:
<ul>
<li>The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$200,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.</li>
