Brand New Amazing permanent opening for OB&GYN physician in Santa Rosa, CA\n
\nInpatient coverage\n
\nAvg 16 ppd\n
\nAny State license can apply\n
\n60-day credentialing process\n
\nAvg 104 deliveries per year at the facility\n
\nPERM- OBGYN\n
\n$361,000 Base\n
\nOther required procedures: Nexplanon insert, pessary fitting\n
\nSchedule: 3.5 days patient facing and then a day in the OR during the week. \n
\nProvider will participate in 5 days per month for hospital call. Hours in clinic are 08:30-5:00p \n
\nWe will look at candidates that have applied for their CA license. It does take 2-6 months to get one. Please start immediately if the provider is interested. \n
