Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour

Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. This position will primarily focus on picking and preparing customer orders, custom packaging, palletizing, and shipping, while also supporting receiving, inventory, product preparation, and general warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, can work independently, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a hands-on position that requires the ability to safely lift up to 70 lbs and operate a forklift.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, verify, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Build custom boxes and packaging based on product size, weight, and specific shipping requirements
- Properly package and protect products to prevent damage during transit
- Build and wrap pallets and prepare freight shipments
- Load and unload trucks and incoming shipments
- Receive, inspect, and put away inventory
- Restock and organize warehouse inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory placement and organization
- Clean and prepare products as needed before shipment or storage
- Take photographs of products for inventory, documentation, or other business needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Monitor shipping materials and notify management when supplies need to be reordered
- Assist with inventory and receiving activities as needed
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Cross-train and assist in other areas of the shipping and receiving operation as needed
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and move up to 70 lbs
- Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory/shipping systems
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment
- Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment
- Willingness to assist across multiple warehouse functions as needed
