What You’ll Do
\n
You’ll manage a portfolio of government contracts from proposal through execution and administration, including:
\n
- \n
- Lead pre-award and post-award contract administration
- Prepare and support complex proposals, negotiations, contract modifications, and change orders
- Review terms and conditions, Basis of Estimates (BOEs), and contractual risk
- Interpret and apply FAR/DFARS requirements and contractual flow-downs
- Support cost-plus, fixed-price, and T&M contracts
- Interface directly with government customers, internal technical teams, business partners, and DCMA
- Support shipment, billing, payment collection, reporting, and contractual documentation
- Manage frequent contract modifications across classified program portfolios
- Support agreements such as proprietary information agreements, associate contractor agreements, and export licenses/agreements

What We’re Looking For
\n
- \n
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of contract-related experience
- Strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS
- Federal government pre-award and post-award contracting experience
- Experience with cost-plus, fixed-price, and time & materials (T&M) contracts
- Active U.S. Top Secret clearance (active within the past 24 months qualifies)
- U.S. Citizenship required

Strong candidates will also bring experience managing significant contract value—ideally $10M+—and working within classified environments. Organization, technical acumen, relationship-building, and the ability to adapt quickly across multiple programs will be especially important.

Preferred Experience
\n
Experience with DoD prime contracts, defense-industry commercial partners, Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs), CostPoint, and competitive proposal development is highly valued.

Compensation:
\n
Level 3: $96,050–$141,250
\n
Level 4: $118,150–$173,750
