Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide therapy to adult and child clients, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing effective modalities based on each client’s unique needs.
- Manage treatment programs, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments in response to client feedback and evolving challenges.
- Create and maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, including treatment plans, intake summaries, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with state regulations and NCQA standards.
- Supervise post-master fellows and associate clinicians as necessary, facilitating professional growth and adherence to best practices.
- Coordinate with external agencies and community resources, facilitating referrals to ensure clients receive comprehensive support and intervention when needed.
- Participate in regular departmental meetings to evaluate treatment plans and contribute insights that enhance client care and program effectiveness.
- Respond to safety risk reports, ensuring timely communication with mandated reporting agencies as required.

Qualifications\n

- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
