    • Base Compensation of $228,000 plus Work Relative Value Unit (WRVU)-Based Compensation Model

    • WRVUs adjusted to allow four weeks out of office

    • $50,000 retention bonus at end of Year Two upon good standing

    \n

    • $50,000 retention bonus at end of Year Three upon good standing

    \n

  • $2,500 Continuing Medical Education (CME) per calendar year prorated

  • Midlevel supervision per one FTE Midlevel $4,500/year when applicable
