Job Summary\n
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse, Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities\n

- Monitor fetal heart patterns and identify signs of distress.
- Provide care for high-risk pregnancies.
- Assist with and circulate during C-sections.
- Support vaginal deliveries and maintain patient safety.
- Float to postpartum units when required.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n
- \n
- Active RN license in the state of California.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery.
- Certifications in ACLS, AWHONN Advanced or NCC EFM, BLS, and NRP.
- Experience with charting systems, specifically Epic.
- Ability to perform and assist with both vaginal and C-section deliveries.
- Willingness to work weekends as per the schedule requirement.
