Travel Registered Nurse, Telemetry (Tele), located in Lodi, California. This is a travel, temporary assignment starting 11/30/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,959 to $2,095 per week. Shift is nights, 12-hour shifts (3x12), with a hospital setting. This assignment requires clinical leadership and coordination of care for a patient group, delivered within established standards of care and the nursing process.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients using the nursing process and established standards of care.
- Assess patient status, monitor vital signs, and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital policy; manage IVs and lines as required.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, communicate with patients and families, and coordinate care across disciplines.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff as needed, applying clinical judgment and supervision.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (state to be verified)
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment
- Telemetry or inpatient acute care nursing experience preferred
