Physical Therapist (PT) – Travel Contract
Location: Placerville, CA (Not the right fit? We have additional PT opportunities available throughout California.)
Pay: $2,903 per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks (extension possible)
Schedule: Day shifts | 36–40 hours per week

We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Placerville, CA. What You’ll Do:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care using strong clinical reasoning

Deliver age-appropriate therapeutic interventions

Modify treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical findings

Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress according to facility guidelines

Discharge patients when goals are met or services are no longer medically necessary

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
What You’ll Need:

Active California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)

Skilled Nursing experience preferred

New graduates with SNF clinical rotations welcome

Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (or ability to obtain upon offer)
