Job Details:

• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday
\n • 5 x 8-hour shifts per week
\n • No weekend shifts required
\n • No on-call responsibilities
\n • Must have proficiency with HCHB and OASIS systems
\n • Minimum 1 year of home health experience required
\n • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
\n • AHA BLS certification required
\n • Mileage reimbursement provided at the government rate
\n
