Key Responsibilities\n

- Deliver high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions in a virtual setting, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to formulate comprehensive treatment plans aligned with client goals and identified barriers to care.
- Utilize therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, to facilitate client progress.
- Perform crisis intervention and crisis management as needed, ensuring immediate support and resources to clients facing urgent issues.
- Keep precise and confidential documentation within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, including treatment notes, progress, and outcomes of therapy sessions.
- Engage in collaborative efforts with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and other relevant healthcare professionals to optimize client care.
- Participate regularly in clinical meetings, case reviews, and training sessions for professional development and team cohesion.

Compensation and Benefits\n
We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
