Certified Volkswagen Technician (Heavy-Line / Master)

Base rate starting at $33.80/hour

Puente Hills Volkswagen is hiring experienced Certified Volkswagen Technicians!
We are looking for Heavy-Line and Master Technicians who can perform advanced diagnostics and major repairs in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, maintain, and repair Volkswagen vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and repair procedures.

• Perform advanced diagnostics and major repairs, including engine, transmission, and electrical systems.

• Utilize Volkswagen factory diagnostic tools, including ODIS, to identify and resolve complex vehicle concerns.

• Interpret diagnostic results and technical information to determine appropriate repairs.

• Accurately document work performed and complete repair orders.

• Communicate repair findings, recommendations, and repair status with Service Advisors.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following dealership procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Heavy-Line or Master Technician experience.

• Volkswagen factory certification preferred; strong Volkswagen repair experience is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.

• Experience using professional diagnostic equipment and technical service information.

• Strong troubleshooting, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
