ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals (Paras) to support students in school-based settings throughout San Bernardino, CA!

Position Details:
Location: San Bernardino, CA
Position: Paraprofessional / Instructional Aide
Setting: School-based
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: Full-time opportunities available
Pay: Competitive hourly compensation based on experience
Responsibilities:
Provide classroom and 1:1 student support.
Assist students with academic assignments and classroom activities.
Support students with special needs and developmental disabilities.
Help manage behaviors and reinforce positive behaviors.
Assist with toileting, diapering, feeding, and other daily living needs as required.
Follow teacher instructions and support individualized student needs.
Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience working with children or students with special needs preferred.
Experience in a school, classroom, or 1:1 setting is a plus.
Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
Ability to support students with varying behavioral and developmental needs.
