This is a career opportunity for an experienced professional, not an entry-level position.

Position Overview

Your primary responsibility will be residential garage door service, repairs, and diagnostics.

During our current growth phase, you'll also perform residential garage door installations as needed until we establish a dedicated installation team.

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of their jobs, provide honest recommendations, and represent our family-owned business with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential garage door systems.
• Replace torsion springs, cables, rollers, bearings, drums, tracks, and other components.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and install garage door openers.
• Perform residential garage door installations when needed.
• Present customers with clear repair and replacement options.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain recommendations professionally.
• Maintain detailed job documentation using Housecall Pro.
• Maintain an organized and properly stocked company vehicle.
• Follow company safety standards and quality-control procedures.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and take accountability for completed work.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 4 years of professional garage door service experience.
• Strong experience installing residential garage doors.
• Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently.
• Extensive knowledge of torsion systems, garage door hardware, and opener systems.
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record acceptable to our commercial auto insurer.
• Ability to safely perform the essential physical duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Own basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to work full-time and report to our Eastvale service area.
• Willingness to complete applicable background and driving-record screening.
