Bookkeeper / General Ledger Accountant
St. Helena, CA | Hybrid
We are seeking a Bookkeeper / General Ledger Accountant to join a collaborative and growing team environment. This role will work closely with leadership to support the company’s accounting operations, with a strong focus on general ledger accounting and month-end close activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger accounting activities
- Lead and support month-end close processes
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with maintaining accurate financial records
- Partner with the fractional CFO and accounting support team
- Microsoft Business Central and InnoVine
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Hybrid work environment
Compensation
- Target salary range: $72,000 – $95,000 DOE
Ideal Background
- Strong understanding of debits, credits, and accounting fundamentals
- Experience with general ledger and month-end close
- Degree preferred but not required
- Enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
