Travel LVN, Soledad, CA
Shifts: AM 6am - 230pm, PM 2pm - 1030pm or NOC 10pm to 630am

Qualifications:

Current and valid LVN license in the state of CA. (Must be licensed for at LEAST 1 year)

Driver’s License Identification

BLS (American Heart Association only)

Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
-
Provide direct nursing care to individuals within the facility.

Assess and address the healthcare needs of patient's, including monitoring vital signs and conducting routine health checks.

Administer medications as prescribed, adhering to established protocols and ensuring accurate documentation of dosage and frequency.

Conduct health assessments to identify and address medical issues, collaborating with physicians as needed.
Requirements:
-
At least 1 year of recent LVN experience

BLS from the American Heart Association (the only one accepted)

A valid California LVN license in good standing

Must have up to date vaccinations with documented status; or willing to get a booster

Able to pass a background check and drug screen

Must have reliable transportation to drive to work
