The Nurse Practitioner will provide routine primary care for a mixed-age patient population in an outpatient clinic. Reporting to the physician medical director, this role will deliver comprehensive assessment, treatment, preventive services, and patient education across a broad range of healthcare needs.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients across a mixed-age population and evaluate their healthcare needs.
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations.
- Diagnose patient conditions based on clinical findings.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for routine primary care visits.
- Manage and monitor patient medications.
- Provide preventive care services.
- Educate patients about conditions, treatments, medications, and healthy behaviors.
