About Us:

Vantage Physical Therapy and Wellness is a dynamic, therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy practice in Canoga Park, CA (San Fernando Valley). We focus on delivering personal, high-touch care to help our community move better and live healthier.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement patient treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.

• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, functional training, and manual therapy techniques.

• Monitor and record patient progress in clinical documentation.

• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and body mechanics.

• Collaborate closely with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient response and care plan adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or certification issued by the Physical Therapy Board of California.

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Energetic, empathetic, and organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
