Position: Generalist Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $40–$70/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Write prompts and reference answers on everyday questions with clear context.
- Grade model output for correctness, instruction adherence, and completeness.
- Flag confidently wrong model outputs and contradictions.
- Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI model performance.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Careful reading and sound judgment from a professional or academic background.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguous tasks and willingness to flag unclear instructions.
