\n 💰 Salary: **$114,000 – $175,000/year**

\n ### Position Highlights:
\n ✅ Full-Time Permanent Leadership Opportunity
\n ✅ Active California RN License Required
\n ✅ Minimum **5 Years of GI Nursing Experience** Required
\n ✅ Minimum **1 Year of Supervisory Experience** Required
\n ✅ BLS, ACLS & PALS Certifications Required
\n ✅ Leadership Opportunity within a Growing GI Services Department
\n ✅ Responsible for Clinical Operations, Quality Improvement & Staff Development
\n ### Key Responsibilities:
\n 🔹 Lead daily operations for GI Services and ensure high-quality patient care
\n 🔹 Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and department resources
\n 🔹 Oversee quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance
\n 🔹 Support employee development, mentoring, and performance management
\n 🔹 Collaborate with physicians, leadership teams, and multidisciplinary departments
\n 🔹 Assist with departmental budgeting and strategic planning
\n 🔹 Ensure implementation of evidence-based nursing practices and patient safety standards
\n 🔹 Drive operational excellence and patient satisfaction initiatives
\n ### Preferred Qualifications:
\n 📌 Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Related Field Preferred
\n 📌 Critical Care Experience Preferred
\n 📌 Certified Gastrointestinal Registered Nurse (CGRN) Preferred
\n 📌 Professional Organization Membership and Leadership Development Experience Preferred
