Entry-Level Asphalt Crew Member
Empire Parking Lot Services Orange, CA (SoCal Area)
$25$33/hr | Full-Time + Overtime
Empire Parking Lot Services is hiring Entry-Level Asphalt Crew Members to support parking lot maintenance and paving projects across Southern California. This is a hands-on role with growth potential for dependable, safety-minded team players.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor related to asphalt and parking lot maintenance
- Use hand tools such as blowers, brooms, and shovels
- Set up traffic control (cones, signs, barricades)
- Prepare surfaces prior to sealing or paving
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
What Were Looking For
- Construction experience preferred, not required
- Ability to lift up to 90 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and quality work
