Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments

Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's condition, needs, and goals

Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and functional independence

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate

Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely

Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and safety strategies

Collaborate with nursing, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

Participate in care planning and contribute to positive patient outcomes

Maintain compliance with professional standards, facility policies, and applicable regulations
Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited physical therapy degree

Current Physical Therapist license in California or eligibility for licensure

Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Strong organizational and documentation skills
