Job Description Connect Staffing is hiring a Production Worker / Packer for a juice and beverage production facility in Fullerton, CA. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $19/hr, Monday–Friday starting at 5:00AM with mandatory overtime. In this role, you will pack and label finished juice and smoothie products, scan barcodes to verify order accuracy, and move completed orders to the shipping staging area. This is a consistent daytime schedule with steady hours and weekly pay from day one.
Pay: $19/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00AM–1:30PM; mandatory overtime, up to 12 hours

Responsibilities
- Pack and label juice and smoothie products according to order specifications for outgoing shipments.
- Scan barcodes using a handheld scanner to confirm correct items, quantities, and no missing or damaged product.
- Sort completed packages and move them to the correct shipping staging area.
- Inspect outgoing orders to confirm they are complete and undamaged before they go out.
- Box products and apply shipping labels as orders are prepared.
- Clean and maintain your work area throughout the shift.
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in food manufacturing, food production, or a similar production environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a juice, beverage, or perishable food production facility.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, or warehouse order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with barcode scanners or basic order verification systems.
- Strong attendance record with ability to report on time each shift.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.

Pre-Employment Requirements
- E-Verify / work authorization required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 25 lbs frequently.
- Ability to work at a fast pace throughout the shift.
- Non-slip shoes required (employee-provided).
