Responsibilities
The Cycle Counter is responsible for executing scheduled and unscheduled cycle counts within a high-volume food distribution center, ensuring physical inventory consistently reconciles with system on-hand quantities. This role requires a working knowledge of warehouse operations and a genuine understanding of how inventory accuracy impacts the broader business. Ideal candidates take ownership of their counts, communicate discrepancies clearly and collaboratively, and hold themselves to a high standard of accuracy. Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Some experience in warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment preferred; motivated candidates with no prior experience will be considered.
