Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate has at least two years of assembly experience, can read blueprints and specifications, and is committed to producing high-quality products while meeting production deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to blueprints, work instructions, and customer specifications.
- Use precision measuring tools to inspect parts for dimensional and visual defects.
- Identify and report defective or nonconforming parts to the supervisor.
- Follow quality standards, including applicable AS9100D requirements.
- Meet production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Follow safety procedures, wear required PPE, and complete daily safety checklists.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of assembly experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Experience using measuring tools and performing product inspections.
- Knowledge of quality standards and customer requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a deadline-driven manufacturing environment.
- Bilingual skills preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to regularly lift up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to use both hands and the senses required for assembly and inspection tasks.
- Ability to follow required safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Flexibility to work irregular shifts as needed.
