Part-Time House Manager
Location: Benicia, CA
Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays
Hours: Approximately 3–4 hours per day / 6–8 hours per week
Pay: $25–$30/hour, depending on experience
We are a busy family looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive part-time House Manager to help keep our home running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys organizing, tidying, running errands, and helping with the day-to-day tasks that make a household function.
The schedule will generally be Mondays and Wednesdays for approximately 3–4 hours each day, with flexibility around the exact hours. There may also be an opportunity for additional hours over time if it is a good fit for both parties.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary from week to week and may include:
- Folding and putting away laundry
- Tidying the kitchen and common areas
- Picking up and organizing kids' rooms/playroom
- Light vacuuming and general tidying
- Grocery shopping or grocery pickups
- Organizing different areas of the home as needed
- Running household errands
- Taking our dog to grooming appointments
- Occasionally taking the dog for a walk
- Helping with miscellaneous household tasks and projects as they come up
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Reliable, trustworthy, and organized
- Proactive and comfortable seeing what needs to be done
- Experienced with household management, families, and/or children
- Comfortable working in a home with kids
- Comfortable with dogs — we have a very friendly, laid-back 2-year-old Golden Retriever
- Able to provide reliable transportation for errands
- Looking for a consistent, long-term part-time position
