Our award-winning client is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager or GM to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our Scripps Ranch location. What You'll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure outstanding guest service in a counter-only model (To-go and Delivery - no dine-in)
- Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop team members
- Manage inventory, purchasing, food costs, and labor expenses
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health regulation compliance
- Oversee payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, and operational performance
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and create a welcoming dining experience
- Partner with ownership to improve operations, control costs, and support marketing initiatives
- Step in wherever needed to support the team and restaurant success
What We're Looking For
- Restaurant management experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience managing financials, inventory, and restaurant operations
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and team development
- Hospitality or Restaurant Management education preferred
- Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
