We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician who wants strong compensation, meaningful patient relationships, and a structured outpatient schedule that supports long-term stability.

You’ll provide comprehensive outpatient primary care focused on prevention, acute care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care, with multidisciplinary clinical support.

\n • You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

\n • You value multidisciplinary, relationship-based care
\n • Family Medicine new graduates may be considered
\n • Internal Medicine candidates should bring prior outpatient experience
\n • EPIC and community health experience are preferred

Compensation & Benefits
\n • Base salary: $255,008-$331,510 annually
\n • Health insurance: Employer pays approximately 80%
\n • Dental & vision: Employer pays approximately 80%
\n • Employer-paid life insurance
\n • Up to 4 weeks vacation + 7 holidays + 1 floating holiday
\n • Annual CME reimbursement + paid CME leave
\n • 403(b) with up to 4% employer match
\n • Licensing and certification reimbursement
\n • Tuition reimbursement up to $3,000 annually after one year
