The Customer service and Loan Servicing Representative:
- Has 2+ years of customer service, call center, loan servicing, collections, or receptionist experience
- Is patient, friendly, professional, and empathetic with borrowers
- Has strong active listening and communication skills
- Can remain calm and composed when dealing with frustrated or difficult customers
- Is comfortable discussing past-due accounts and following up with borrowers
- Is organized and able to multitask without losing track of details
- Can process, sort, and review insurance documentation and servicing paperwork
$22.00 - $23.00/hour DOE
