Location: Pomona, CA
Shift: 2nd (4:00pm – 12:30 Midnight), includes 3 months of training on 1st shift
Pay: $19.98
Impact you’ll make
- Assemble/modify electromechanical systems—including switchboards and lighting panels—using mechanical tools and production drawings
- Process work orders with computers and scanners in line with production timelines and expedited priorities
- Scan in and out of work orders to maintain accurate progress tracking
- Interpret blueprints, bills of materials, and one line diagrams to complete builds
- Secure component parts to cubicles/frames, subassemblies, and completed units
- Keep equipment and work areas clean to ensure safe, reliable operation
Physical demands
- Stand for 10–12 hour shifts
- Reach, grasp, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull/slide heavy material
- Stoop, bend, squat, crawl, and climb as tasks require
Qualifications
- Basic computer literacy; comfortable with basic mechanical and measuring tools
- Proficient in English (speak, read, write, comprehend)
- At least 18 years of age
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced setting
- Motivated to learn all equipment in the facility and follow defined processes
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred experience
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints
- Background operating or working around large industrial machines
