Step into a meaningful full-time position providing vital support within an educational environment, assisting students one-on-one across a range of grade levels from K-12. This long-term, on-site assignment is ideal for bilingual Paraprofessionals passionate about making a positive impact in students' lives, especially those with pediatric needs. What we’re seeking:
- Experience as a Paraprofessional or similar support role within a school setting
- Bilingual skills to effectively communicate with diverse student populations and families
- Background supporting pediatric, 1:1 student needs (academic, behavioral, or physical)
- Ability to assist students individually in Grades K-5, 6-8, and/or 9-12
- Comfortable working full-time on-site with dedication to consistent, long-term engagement
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for working with various grade levels and individual student plans
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with classroom teachers and specialists to support instructional activities and behavioral plans
- Provide individualized attention and guidance to assigned students, ensuring their educational and social needs are met
- Assist students with classwork, classroom transitions, and participation in activities
- Adapt instructional support according to students’ specific needs, including language support for English learners
- Maintain a safe, encouraging, and inclusive classroom environment
- Promote positive student engagement and foster independence and growth
