Are you a passionate clinician looking to transition into private practice with the safety net of established referrals, administrative support, and clinical mentorship?

We are seeking an experienced, fully licensed therapist (LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) to join our growing team. This is a part-time position starting on Saturdays (with the option to include Fridays), offering a perfect opportunity to gradually build a caseload. As the practice expands, additional weekday hours will become available.

We handle the business side—referrals, billing, marketing, and office space—so you can focus entirely on delivering high-quality clinical care.

Ideal Candidate Profile:\n

  • Passionate Pediatric Clinician: You genuinely love working with youth and possess the clinical skills to engage and collaborate effectively with parents and caregivers.

  • Evidence-Based & Creative: Skilled in utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, or PCIT) while seamlessly integrating play therapy and mindfulness-based practices.
  • \n

  • Professional & Reliable: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational habits, and clinical dependability.
  • \n

  • Growth-Oriented: Looking for a long-term clinical home and excited to contribute to the growth of the practice.

Position Requirements:\n

  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted California license as an LMFT, PsyD, or PhD (Required).
  • \n

  • Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of post-licensure pediatric clinical experience.
  • \n

  • Availability: Ability to work Saturdays (with additional Friday availability highly preferred). Commitment to a long-term role with the opportunity to expand hours.
  • \n

  • Location: Ability to commute to our Encino office for in-person sessions.
  • \n
