We are seeking a skilled, analytical, and results-oriented Software Engineer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software solutions that support business operations and organizational growth. The Software Engineer will work closely with product managers, designers, IT professionals, and other cross-functional teams to translate business and technical requirements into scalable, reliable, and user-focused applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications and systems.
- Translate business requirements and technical specifications into effective software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, scalable, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions.
- Develop and integrate APIs, databases, services, and third-party platforms as required.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to development standards, best practices, and technical documentation.
- Develop automated tests and participate in quality-assurance activities to ensure software reliability.
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements to scalability, security, and system reliability.
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and development practices that may improve products and engineering processes.
- Support software releases, deployments, and ongoing production operations.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and communicate development progress, risks, and challenges to relevant stakeholders.
- Follow established security, privacy, coding, and software-development standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Professional experience in software development or engineering.
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, C++, or Go.
- Understanding of software development methodologies, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and software integrations.
- Experience with version-control systems such as Git.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.

Work Environment
This position may be structured as a remote, hybrid, or onsite role, depending on organizational requirements. The Software Engineer will collaborate regularly with technical and business teams through digital communication, project-management, development, and collaboration platforms.
Compensation
Annual Salary Range: $90,000–$165,000 per year, commensurate with experience, technical expertise, location, and qualifications.
The compensation package may also include applicable performance incentives, benefits, and other company-sponsored programs.

Reporting Structure
The Software Engineer will report to the Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering, or designated technology leader and will work closely with engineering, product, design, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
