What You’ll Do

- Recruit physicians and advance practioners to fill vital gaps throughout the country
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle—from first call to working at the hospital or clinic
- Build strong pipelines, create meaningful relationships, and consult healthcare providers on their career moves
- Develop lasting client and candidate relationships
- Collaborate daily with an award-winning team
